Abstract

November 2022, Palangka Raya Municipality Experiences 0.21 percent inflation and The Consumer Price Index is about 114.61. Out of 90 national CPI monitoring cities, 28 cities experienced inflation and 62 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Ambon by 1.15 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 116.17 and the lowest inflation occurred in Bandar Lampung by 0.01 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 113.92. Meanwhile the highest deflation occurred in Tanjung Pandan by 0.64 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 113.91 and the lowest deflation occurred in Bungo by 0.02 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 113.42.
Inflation in Palangka Raya was influenced by transportation group price by 1.66 percent; the personal care group and other services group by 0.42 percent; health group by 0.39 percent; household equipment and routine maintenance about 0.36 percent; the food and beverage/ restaurant supply group by 0.15 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.02 percent. Meanwhile deflation was influenced the household appliances, water, electricity and household fuels by 0.13 percent; the information, communication, and financial services group by 0.03 percent; food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.03 percent.
Inflation rate for 2022 calendar year (January-November) is 6.28 percent and year-on-year inflation rate (Nopember 2022 against Nopember 2021) is 7.33 percent.
