Abstract

· November 2021, Palangka Raya Municipality Experiences 0.26 percent inflation and The Consumer Price Index is about 106.78. Out of 90 national CPI monitoring cities, 84 cities experienced inflation and 6 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Sintang by 2.01 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 113.80 and the lowest inflation occurred in Bima and Pontianak by 0.02 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 106.53. Then the highest deflation occurred in Dumai by 0.13 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 107.95 and the lowest inflation occurred in Tual by 0.16 percent with number of Consumer Price Index about 108.77.
Inflation in Palangka Raya was influenced by food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.63 percent; the household appliances, water, electricity and household fuels by 0.24 percent; and household equipment and routine maintenance by 0.19 percent; health group 0.14 percent; the information, communication, and financial services group by 0.13 percent; the personal care group and other services group by 0.11 percent; the transportation group price by 0.01 percent.
Inflation rate for 2021 calendar year (January-November) is 1.57 percent and year-on-year inflation rate (November 2021 against November 2020) is 2.05 percent.
