Abstract
Flight frequency in March 2024 increased by 19.74 percent compared to February 2024, from 699 flights to 837 flights.
The number of air transportation passengers increased by 16.11 percent, from 74,732 people (February 2024) to 86,774 people (March 2024).
Goods traffic using air transportation increased by 54.22 percent, from 1,221 tons (February 2024) to 1,883 tons (March 2024).
The frequency of ship visits to ports in the Kalimantan Tengah region decreased by 5.89 percent, from 654 visits (February 2024) to 607 visits (March 2024).
The number of sea transportation passengers increased by 61.61 percent, from 25,023 people (February 2024) to 40,110 people (March 2024).
Traffic of goods using sea transportation decreased by 9.60 percent, from 1.45 million tonnes (February 2024) to 1.31 million tonnes (March 2024).
During March 2024, sea transport passenger activities were concentrated at Kumai Port (76.05 percent), while the flow of goods was concentrated at Sampit Port (57.32 percent).
