November 2023: ROR for star hotels during October 2023 was 56.28 percent with the number of guests staying at 39,153 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during October 2023 was 56.28 percent, an increase of 5.41 points compared to September 2023 which was recorded at 50.87 percent. ROR for non-star hotels decreased 0.48 points to 20.87 percent.
Compared to the same month in the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in September 2023 fell 1.46 points, while non-star hotels rose 1.00 points.
The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in October 2023 was 39,153 people, an increase of 2.33 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels was recorded at 59,357 or an increase of 0.60 percent compared to the previous month.
