August 2023: ROR for star hotels reaches 56.19 percent and the number of guests staying is 42,284 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during August 2023 reached 56.19 percent, an increase of 3.20 points compared to July 2023 which was 52.99 percent. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels fell 2.77 points to 23.14 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in August 2023 rose 5.44 points, while non-star hotels rose 3.54 points.

The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in August 2023 was 42,284 people, down 0.97 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell by 16.29 percent.
