Abstract

  • The room occupancy rate (ROR) of star hotels during July 2023 reached 52.99 percent, down 2.21 points compared to June 2023 which was 55.20 percent. Meanwhile, ROR for non-star hotels rose 4.68 points to 25.91 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in July 2023 fell 1.34 points, while non-star hotels rose 4.23 points.
  • The number of guests staying at star-rated hotels in July 2023 was 42,700 people, an increase of 8.97 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 29.54 percent.
