Abstract

Flight frequency increased by 2.77 percent, from 1,082 flights (September 2022) to 1,112 flights (October 2022).
  • The number of air transport passengers increased by 2.76 percent, from 84,997 people (September 2022) to 87,343 people (October 2022).
  • Goods traffic using air transportation fell by 2.63 percent, from 1,064 tons (September 2022) to 1,036 tons (October 2022).
  • The frequency of ship visits to ports in the Kalimantan Tengah region during October 2022 was 809 visits and has not changed compared to September 2022.
  • The number of sea transport passengers increased by 1.53 percent, from 33,256 people (September 2022) to 33,766 people (October 2022).
  • Traffic of goods using sea transportation fell by 2.42 percent, from 1.63 million tonnes (September 2022) to 1.59 million tonnes (October 2022).
  • During October 2022, sea transport passenger activities were concentrated at Kumai Port (68.71 percent), while the volume of goods flow was concentrated at Sampit Port (60.01 percent).
