June 2021: TPK for star hotels is 47.18% and the number of guests staying is 24,703 people.

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during June 2021 reached 47.18 percent, an increase of 10.95 points compared to May 2021 which was 36.23 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 3.15 points, from 17.26 percent to 20.41 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 26.11 points and non-star hotels rose 7.93 points.

The average length of stay of guests (RLTM) at star hotels in June 2021 reached 1.58 days, while non-star hotels were 1.19 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in June 2021 was 24,703 people, an increase of 31.52 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels also increased by 6.62 percent.
