March 2021: ROR for star hotels reaches 46.71% and the number of guests staying as many as 21,805 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels during March 2021 reached 46.71 percent, up 4.66 points compared to February 2021 which amounted to 42.05 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 0.40 points, from 19.62 percent to 19.22 percent.

Compared to the same month in the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 10.85 points and non-star hotels rose 3.19 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in March 2021 reached 1.68 days, while non-star hotels were 1.18 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in March 2021 was 21,805 people, an increase of 31.94 percent over the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels also increased 2.80 percent.

September 2023: ROR for star hotels reaches 50.87 percent and the number of guests staying is 38,260 people

August 2023: ROR for star hotels reaches 56.19 percent and the number of guests staying is 42,284 people

February 2022: ROR for star hotels during February 2022 reached 44.97 percent and the number of guests staying as many as 25,108 people.

April 2021: ROR for star hotels 39.86%; the number of guests staying as much as 19,958 people
