Abstract

The frequency of ship visits in the ports of the Kalimantan Tengah region decreased 1.56 percent from 639 visits (January 2020) to 629 visits (February 2020).
  • The number of passengers via sea transportation also decreased by 39.04 percent from 35,354 people (January 2020) to 21,553 people (February 2020).
  • The flow of goods traffic through ships rose 13.98 percent from 1.53 million tons (January 2020) to 1.75 million tons (February 2020).
  • Ship passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai (60.12 percent) and the volume of goods flow in Sampit (62.27 percent).
  • Frequency of flights dropped 3.66 percent from 1,774 flights (January 2020) to 1,709 flights in February 2020).
  • The number of passengers via air transportation fell 12.73 percent from 137,401 people (January 2020) to 119,908 people (February 2020).
  • The flow of goods traffic through the air decreased by 9.88 percent from 1,478 tons (January 2020) to 1,332 tons (February 2020).
