Abstract

The frequency of ship visits in the ports of the Kalimantan Tengah region rose 0.71 percent from 704 visits (August 2019) to 709 (September 2019).
  • The number of passengers via sea transportation decreased 12.03 percent from 36,819 people (August 2019) to 32,388 people (September 2019).
  • The flow of goods traffic through ships decreased 38.19 percent from 1.50 million tons (August 2019) to 0.93 million tons (September 2019).
  • Ship passenger activity is concentrated in Kumai (53.51 percent) and the volume of goods flow in Sampit (80.91 percent).
  • Frequency of flights fell 32.50 percent from 1,874 flights (August 2019) to 1,265 flights (September 2019). The highest decrease in flight frequency at H. Asan Sampit Airport was up to 202 flights.
  • The number of passengers via air transportation decreased by 26.51 percent from 152,971 people (August 2019) to 112,420 people (September 2019).
  • The flow of goods traffic through the air rose 3.53 percent from 1,189 tons (August 2019) to 1,231 tons (September 2019).
