Abstract

The total value of exports fell 8.47 percent from US $ 222.57 million (June 2019) to US $ 203.71 million (July 2019).

Mineral fuels are still the main export commodity (US $ 129.61 million), contributing 63.62 percent of total exports.

Japan is a major trading partner country for export destinations (US $ 60.43 million), contributing 29.66 percent of total exports.

The Port of Kumai dominates the Kalimantan Tengah export commodity export flow service (US $ 29.69 million), contributing 25.54 percent of total exports.

Cumulatively, the total value of exports rose 36.39 percent from US $ 1,087.72 million (January-July 2018) to US $ 1,483.57 million (January-July 2019).

The total value of imports fell by 60.87 percent from US $ 5.52 million (June 2019) to only US $ 2.16 million (July 2019). Cumulatively, it also fell 76.63 percent from US $ 162.06 million (January-July 2018) to US $ 37.87 million (January-July 2019).
